It is not enough to just be quiet on the outside. You must also be quiet on the inside. Inner quietude will bring much joy. Drop all the pretenses, musts, and shoulds, and just be quiet inside for a few moments. Rest your body and mind, and allow Me to fill you with Myself. You cannot discern truth, My Truth, if you are always trying to “manage” the world. You can set goals and priorities, but do not lose yourself when plans are upset, when things do not go accordingly. Be present for every moment, for every moment brings with it the gift of learning how to love in all circumstances. Be a learner of love in all situations. This will help to grow you and bring peace to your very self.
