Learning to love through difficult moments Is the thing. It is easy to love those who also love you. Who does not do so? What is difficult is loving those who disagree or wish you harm. Those who are jealous of you and snipe at you, they truly know not what they do. They believe that they harm you and take away what you have that they do not themselves have. But, what they do instead is harm themselves. In trying to undermine your self-confidence, they undermine their own. They hurt themselves and are filled with sadness and remorse, even if below the surface where they cannot identify their own self-hatred. Pray for these “little ones”, for they are little, and they are Mine.
