Be deliberate in your actions. Not in a stern or rigid way, but in a way that asks you to choose how you are spending your time. Give your attention to things that are worthy of your time. Do not say, “Yes” to all things. You cannot manage your time and activities if you do not discern how you are spending your days. If you live rightly and truthfully, lovingly and peacefully, you are doing well. Do not go where you know you should not go. Do not spend your precious hours on things that will never bring hope, peace, love, and joy to the world. This does not mean that you should not relax and have times of recreation. For those things, too, are important. Discern these things, but in a relaxed and blessed way.
