When you are at peace, nothing at all can come between you and truth. In your silence, you know Me. I Am your Fullness, your Wholeness, your Wellness. Discern what you know (through Me), not what the world professes. There is much wrong, and evil abounds. But where is your focus? On the evil committed, or on Me? I Am your only safety. Your goodness will encourage others and radiate truth to them. If you come to Me first always, your days will be easier, simpler, sweeter. No matter what is going on around you, it will pale in comparison with the peace within. Trust yourself to be in quiet solitude (quietude) with Me.
