Deliberately call to mind those things which bring you joy. For in them is your joy. Your memories serve you well if you allow them. Do not be frightened of what you do not understand or how things will unfold. Put your trust fully in Me, the One Who can and will change all things, make all things new. The desperation you are feeling comes with a price… to your health and peace of mind. Hand everything over to Me, trusting always that I know the desires that lie deep within your heart. Forego any troubled thoughts. Replace them with Me and My gentle, loving care.
