Trust the Voice within, which guides every moment of the day. Gentleness of heart — the True Guide — leads daily moment by moment. Help those around you, but make sure you are filled first. Yes, I tell you this often, because it is so very important to do so. Your work will help more people in a greater way than doling out dribs and drabs of help here and there. Do not feel guilt when you cannot, or do not want to, be the aid to all. A life sucked dry cannot give fully or generously. A body wearied by overdoing is of little good to the Kingdom. Check your motives when you push yourself past what you can accomplish. Is it the approval of man? It’s a snare and a trap. Stay clear!
