It is so sad to hear about and read stories of people who are fading away because of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. And, it is sad for their loved ones. But, how wonderful it is to know that eating the right foods (and avoiding the wrong ones) can help us all to avoid this plague. Unfortunately, most people just don’t realize how much a role diet plays in developing these diseases.
We have so much control over our health. We know more and more people will come to understand this and will create for themselves a life free of many illnesses, including Alzheimer’s disease.
Lord, we pray, help us to share all of your Good News with the sick and hurting of our world.
